Q: Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs)?

A: No, we do not accept purchase orders.  All orders must be placed on the website using a credit card.

This is for two reasons: 1) Many schools take 6-12 months to pay vendors when buying with a PO.  As a small business, we cannot operate efficiently doing this.  And 2) part of the way we're able to keep our prices so low is by automating the purchasing experience.  Ordering from the website allows you to upload your logos and let us know exactly where they go in one smooth exchange.

Q: What exactly can be customized?

A: You're able to customize the logos, colors, and rosters on Dugout Charts and Lineup Cards by using the input fields for each product.  You are not able to change the size, structure, or formatting of any Dugout Charts or Lineup Cards.

Q: Can you make a mock-up, or proof, of our Dugout Charts or Lineup Cards first so that I can see what it would look like before I order?

A: No, unfortunately we cannot do that.  The artwork setup process is the most time consuming part of the process so we are not able to create proofs before an order is placed.

Q: Our school is tax exempt, do we have to pay sales tax on purchases made through the website?

A: Sales tax is not collected on any sales made outside of KY.  If you live in KY and are tax exempt please send us an email through the Contact page and we'll get you taken care of!

Q: How do I upload a roster to be printed on the Dugout Charts or Lineup Cards?

A: Once you select the option to have your coaches and roster printed on the Dugout Charts or Lineup Cards you will be able to upload a file.  Download the PLC Roster Submission Template with your order so that we can quickly turn your artwork around.

Q: What kind of paper are Dugout Charts and Lineup Cards printed on?

A: Dugout Charts and Lineup Cards are printed on a high quality cardstock.  Replicating Lineup Cards are printed on carbonless copy form paper.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: The artwork setup and design process will usually take 2-4 days and shipping will then take an additional 2-3 business days.  If you need to receive it more quickly please contact us to expedite your delivery for a small fee.

Q: Are these printed cards or digital files?

A: We do not sell software or digital files.  When you place an order you will receive printed cards that are mailed to you.

Q: What if I need more than 100 copies?

A: For anyone who needs to place a large order (more than 100 copies) you can simply change the quantity in the drop down menu.

Q: Can I customize Replicating Lineup Cards?

A: At this time we are not customizing Replicating Lineup Cards for orders less than 500.  If you would like to place an order for 500+ customized Replicating Lineup Cards you can contact us.

Q: Can I speak with someone on the phone before placing an order?

A: All customer service can be handled through email by using the contact form on the site.  This is the most efficient and quickest form of communication which helps us keep our costs down so that we don't have to pass them along to you.
